Original Painting - Nature's Cathedral (2023)

This new forest painting has a beautiful balance of color. With strong chartreuse greens violet yellows and blues. The gestural branches of the central focal point cedar tree bring the eye up and around the composition while overlapping branches create dimension. The overall effect is calming because it is a meditation on the forest of British Columbia.

Originality

This is a hand made painting done in my art studio. This means there is no other like it in the world. It took 2 to 3 weeks to complete. It’s made with professional grade acrylic paint and canvas. It is signed and titled by the artist on the back. The hanging wire system is already installed.
